Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:

The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the buildings/estates to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Professional Diploma / Degree Holder in Housing Management

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in property management services

• MIH or CIH is preferable

• Holder of PMSA Tier 1 License

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
