Working Location:

Assistant Property Officer : Tsing Yi

Property Officer : Chai Wan, Kowloon Bay, Tsing Yi

Senior Property Officer : Tai Wai

Responsibilities 

•The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in handling property / facility management related duties, general clerical works, customer service duties, and other ad hoc duties assigned .

Requirements

•Certificate / Diploma or above

•1-2 years experience in Property Management, candidate with more experience will be considered as Property Officer 

•Holder of PMP (Tier 2) Licence 

•Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

•Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
