The Board of Savills Guardian has spared no effort to shape up its name from a property management company to a diversified service provider. Our road to success has been a challenging one and is a testimony to the vision and foresight of the management team.
Statistics tell us that the average life expectancy of new businesses is less than 20 years. While turning a new business into a successful enterprise is never an easy task, Savills Guardian has done a remarkable job in this respect. Every member company of the Group, irrespective of its size and age, plays a pivotal part in what the name of the Group stands for, when they at the same time compete in the open market to render services to clients in their own rights.
The first Savills Guardian member company, Express Engineering Ltd., was established in 1978. Over the years, we have set up over a dozen member companies in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau.
