Staff Training and Development
Over the years, Savills Guardian Group has placed great importance on staff training and development with a view to achieving our corporate mission and business goals. Timely and effective training is provided for all levels of staff and is aimed at improving staff performance and developing a 'customer-focused' and 'quality-conscious' culture throughout the
entire organization.

We organize regular training events comprising both in-house programmes and external courses for our employees to cater for their specific job and role requirements. We also encourage our staff to seek self-development opportunities by pursuing part-time education and acquiring professional qualifications. Study allowance is granted to staff undertaking external training for personal development.

We will continue to develop and organize new training activities to enhance staff productivity and effectiveness in order to keep pace with the rapidly changing business climate and customer expectations.
